How long will it take my order to arrive?
Most orders will ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping can take from 5-10 business days.

Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number on your Shipping Confirmation email that lets you track with the carrier directly. Calista Tools is not responsible for articles lost during transit. Please contact the carrier directly to make a claim.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Care at CustomerCare@calistatools.com ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order prior to it shipping. Once the order ships, we cannot cancel the order and will not be able to refund your purchase until the items are returned.

What if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?

Can I get free shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $65.00 for U.S. addresses only.

How long will my order take to ship?

How do I make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Calista purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see our return policy here.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the method of payment used for the initial purchase. If you provided your email address when purchasing your items, we will send you an email notification to let you know your purchase has been refunded. Please note, seeing a credit on your account can take several business days.

Can I exchange my item?
You can exchange a tool for a different size or color, but not a different tool. (For example: You can exchange a Medium StyleDryer for a Long StyleDryer, but you cannot exchange a StyleDryer for a FAUXblo). Hair products are not eligible for exchange. To start the exchange process, contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@calistatools.com.

How do I make a warranty claim?
For Perfecter warranty claims, please contact our distributor, Tristar Products Inc., at 973-287-5199. For all other warranty claims, please contact our customer care at CustomerCare@calistatools.com.

Do I need to register my tool to be able to receive a replacement under warranty?
No, we do not require that you register your tool. If you are within the warranty window and your tool is still available, we will provide a replacement under warranty. If you need a warranty replacement (for any tool other than the Perfecter), please contact our Customer Care at CustomerCare@calistatools.com. For warranty replacements of the Perfecter, please contact our distributor, Tristar Products Inc., at 973-287-5199.

If I purchased one of your products or tools on QVC or Amazon, can I return it to Calista?
We can only accept returns if the item was directly purchased through our website- www.calistatools.com. Otherwise, you will have to contact the original place of purchase- QVC, Amazon, etc. to return your item.

How can I reach Customer Care and when should I expect a response?
Please contact Calista Customer Care at CustomerCare@calistatools.com. Our customer care associate is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. We do our best to respond to our customers within 48 hours.

Are your products sulfate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free?
Yes! Our products are created without sulfates or parabens and are never tested on animals.

What is the Calista Fusion Technology?
Our Fusion Technology is the combination of Ceramic & Ionic properties. All of our tools are created with a ceramic heating element that heats up quickly and evenly across the surface and creates a far infrared heat which penetrates the hair shaft, preserving the hair’s natural moisture and luster. This combines with Ionic properties that work by interacting with the Ions naturally present in your hair to reduce the hair's surface tension, leaving locks shiny and frizz-free.

Are Calista tools dual-voltage?
Most of our tools are dual-voltage. Please see our dual-voltage tools below:

• Triangl Pro
• TriStyl3r
• Zen Waver
• AirGlide

You will not need a voltage converter with these tools because they can go up to 240 V. You will only need to use a plug adapter.

Do Calista products expire?
There is no expiration date, however, all our hair products have a shelf life of about 2 years. We recommend 2 years to keep the quality, consistency, and performance at its best.

If a product is sold out, what do I do?
Please click the “Email When Available” link below the sold out product on the product’s page to receive a back in stock notification or sign up for email alerts in the indicated area on the bottom of our home page to receive all Calista emails.

I’m having an issue with one of my tools, what do I do?

What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is a subscription option available for specified hair products. By selecting this option, you can opt to have a new shipment sent to you every 30, 60, or 90 days. You will be charged automatically at the time of each new shipment. It’s a fast and easy way to make sure you’re never running low on your favorite Calista products!

Which products are eligible for Subscribe & Save?
Currently, Subscribe & Save is available for the following products:
