Return & Refund Policy
The Calista team fully stands by each product we sell. If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased on our website (calistatools.com), we would be happy to refund the order within 30 days with proof of purchase.
Please note that we only accept return items purchased through calistatools.com. Unfortunately, any items purchased through our third party retailers such as QVC, Ulta, and Nordstrom cannot be accepted. To return any item(s) purchased on QVC, please contact their customer service department at (888) 345-5788. For replacement or repairs for the Perfecter, please contact our distributor TriStar at (973) 287-5199.
Return orders must be in original packaging and with all pieces included. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival, and will be completed within 20 business days from the received date. Once a refund has been made to your account, you will receive an email notification. Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.
To Return an Order:
1. Please include proof of purchase in return order.
2. Place the product(s) in its original packaging, making sure all pieces are included.
3. Securely wrap package and place in shipping container.
4. Provide us with your name, address, email, phone number, and order number.
5. Include a reason for your return.
6. Make a copy for your records.

*Please send packages via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Calista is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
