Return & Exchange Policy

The Calista team fully stands by each product we sell. If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased on our website (calistatools.com), we would be happy to assist with a Return or Exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase. This excludes final sale items. 

Please note that we only accept return items purchased through calistatools.com. Unfortunately, any items purchased through our third party retailers such as QVC, Ulta, and Nordstrom cannot be accepted. To return any item(s) purchased on QVC, please contact their customer service department at (888) 345-5788.

Return or Exchange orders must be in original packaging with all pieces included. Returns will be charged a shipping fee. Exchanges can be made free of charge. Your Return or Exchange will be processed promptly upon its arrival, and will be completed within 20 business days from the received date. Once a refund has been made to your account or a replacement item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.
