So glad you enjoyed the QVC presentation! Our general rule with temperatures is to start low and increase. The default temperature on the AirGlide is 350 degrees – this is a good starting point for most hair types. However, if your hair is particularly thick or coarse, we’d suggest starting with a higher temperature. If your hair is damaged or quite thin, we’d suggest starting with a lower temperature. I watch the presentation on QVC- I looked on line but was unable to find anything regard what the 5 temperatures referenced. How do you know what temp to use. Looks like a nice tool and considered purchasing -good price on QVC – but without knowledge of the heat…. maybe next time.
