YOU PUT THE SIZE OF A PEA IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND AND RUB YOUR HANDS TOGETHER AND IT CREATES THESE LITTLE FIBERS THAT GRAB ONTO THE HAIR AND HELPS IT TO LOOK FULLER."
