  1. Use on dry hair only.
  2. Brush through approximately 2" sections from scalp to ends, 2-3 times.
  3. Use slow strokes to help smooth hair; add more tension to straighten.
  4. To prevent tangling, do not wrap hair more than 2 times around the barrel.

FOR LIFT & VOLUME

  1. Take a section 2” wide by 1” thick and brush through.
  2. Place Perfecter underneath section at the root.
  3. Overdirect the section by firmly holding ends of hair up and over the other side of the head.
  4. Hold section over top of Perfecter for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Reveal for extreme lift and volume at the root.

FOR SMOOTH & STRAIGHT

  1. Split hair into top and bottom sections.
  2. Firmly hold ends of hair with your opposite hand to create tension.
  3. Place the Perfecter at the root and slowly glide down section.
  4. Glide down to ends for a polished, sleek look.

FOR WAVES & CURLS

  1. Split hair into top and bottom sections.
  2. Take a section 2” wide by 1” thick and brush through.
  3. Hold the Perfecter vertically to your head and at the top of your section at the root.
  4. Glide Perfecter down 1” and rotate away from face 180˚. Hold for 5 seconds.
  5. Continue down section slowly and keep turning Perfecter.
  6. After each full turn of the Perfecter hold for 5 seconds.
  7. Continue until you make your way to ends.
  8. Reveal for soft curls.

Second try worth it

"I had the perfector pro before. In sizes .50, .75 and 1.0. My hair would end up frizzy and the curly would last. I never got the shine that was talked about. And I tried all 3 sizes thinking that was the problem. So the Gen 4 came out. And I gave it one more try. And glad I did. The new teeth hold the hair better. There is better grip. And the hair doesn’t fall out. But what it does the most is hold the hair against the heating element. Now my hair is so shiny and the curls last with no frizz. I have fine hair. African American hair that is relaxed. Chin length bob. Love it now."

Round Brush Love

"I first was introduced to Calista through QVC and ordered a round brush many years ago. I used it constantly and loved the versatility of styling and the fact that you don't ever have to worry about it getting too hot and you accidently burning yourself. I do miss the exclusive offer that QVC had on a much smaller brush, but the .75 works okay for my short hair. I'd love to see Calista offer a smaller brush on their site."
