High pitched sound, defective
"I purchased this dryer and it has an extremely high pitch and too loud to use. The only setting that sends ok is the high setting, all the others are too loud to use. I contacted Calista and was told that it will do that. Then today I get a message to send video. I have purchased at least six of these hair dryers and had no issues with any of them. The only issue I have is that you can’t buy the hairbrushes, they’re always out of stock. I am not sure if I will send a video or not. it just seems like a waste of time. I may just throw the blower out and keep the brush. I am disappointed in Calista. I know that this dryer is nonrefundable or replaceable, but I would think when you purchase something, it should work no matter whether it’s old or new."

Love it!
"I had one previously that just stopped working. This came within a few days. The barrel is larger than I need for my just above shoulder length hair, but luckily the smaller barrel from the old dryer fit perfectly!"

Not Happy!
"My biggest problem is that I am unable to change the brushes on the drier. I managed to get one on and now I can’t get it off. I do also have some of your other products which I am very pleased with."

Defect in brush
"This brush got extremely hot , I turned it off, & then it wouldn't start ! I have made many many Calista purchases over the years from QVC and your website. This is why I rated it low."
