Disappointed in product design safety/use
"I realize that using any new product requires a learning curve. However, I don't feel that I "learned" how to use the Triangl Pro. I describe it more as I remembered to be careful with my fingers on the end of the unit as one can when using the Perfector Pro. The tip of the Triangle Pro gets hot and does not provide a safe place to hold for balancing the unit; otherwise, it is too heavy for me to use one-handed. Also, I have to be very careful when using because the buttons are easy to accidentally push. I read all the reviews before I made my decision to purchase the Triangl Pro and unfortunately, which should have been my first clue as to the product, it was sold as "non-returnable. " I wish I had purchased a second, smaller diameter Perfecter Pro."
