A Little Backstory
It all started with a whole lot of excess tools! When we receive returns at our Calista office, our amazing Customer Care team always ensures that the inventory we keep on hand is fully-functioning and free of damage. Over time, we started to realize we had a huge amount of tools that were wasting away in our office when they could be in the hands of our incredible customers. That’s when our team came together with a vision: instead of leaving all of these perfectly good tools dormant and eventually having to throw them away, we would clean, inspect, and test every last one and offer them to our customers at an unbeatable price!
What are Refurbished Tools?
Refurbished Tools are previously-owned hair tools that are fully-functioning, clean, and sometimes, completely brand new! They are hair tools that have been restored and prepared for resell, in other words, refurbished! While you can choose your desired size, the color or pattern you receive will be randomly selected from our wide range of fabulous prints and colors. We think it adds to the fun!

Hi Leona! We believe you’re referring to the Perfecter Swap Top. While this product is no longer in stock, we do have plenty of the Perfecter Pro, which is a heated round brush that comes in 4 sizes. The only difference here is that the brush heads cannot be swapped out. Good Morning, I have a Calista curling brush that has two barrels I can swap out. Unfortunately, I have had it for so long, the barrels have teeth missing and the button to turn it on doesn’t work so good anymore. Fortunately, I have had this Calista product for years and I love it. Do you happen to have any products that are similar to the one I purchased on QVC? P.S. I will never buy a hair tool from another brand. Calista is worth the money!!!
