3 Easy Ways to Up Your Hair Game

We all need a change from time to time and giving yourself a little hair transformation is a fun, effective way to show the world a whole new you! At Calista, we like to say that a little change is healthy, empowering, and brave. Here are a few simple ways to switch up your look.

Go For a New Style
Whether your hair is long, short, curly, or straight, there are endless possibilities when it comes to styling. Something as simple as adding a curling wand to your repertoire or introducing a styling paste to your morning routine can have a massive change on the way you see your hair (and yourself!) Don’t have time for a new hair routine? Try a new look like a top knot, a braid, or even just pin back a few strands. You’ll be surprised at the effects a small change can have!

Try a Trim
Remember what we said about a little change being healthy? That goes for your mindset and your ends! Getting a little trim to remove the dead ends of your hair and prevent future split ends is a great way to keep your hair looking and feeling healthy. It’s also an easy way to clean up your style and give your hair a polished finish without doing anything drastic. Plus, regular hair trimming aids in growth, softness, and flexibility. You’ve got nothing to lose but a few dead ends!

Change Your Part
Whether you like your hair parted straight down the middle or tend to veer off to the side, switching up your part can change your whole look for the better. While middle parts are all the rage at the moment, side parts never go out of style, so you really can’t lose. A middle part tends to bring out the symmetry of a person’s face and elongate their features while a side part has a more softening effect on your overall look. Switching from one to the other (or changing the side of your side part) is a great way to try out a whole new you without exerting much effort.

Maria’s Tip:
If you want your hair to have a little more volume, a side part can create a look of more fullness. Add a great texturizing product for an extra boost!

Hi Cathleen! We don’t have Achieve 10 in stock at the moment, but hope to have a replacement in the very near future! In the meantime, we recommend Jousse Vitality Spray to give your hair the nutrients and heat protection it needs and Embellish Texturizing Foam to provide volume and texture! Please send us an email if you have any additional questions!

Do you still have Achieve10? It has been the best for my hair.
